Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

The On‑Site OPS Refund Policy is provided for informational purposes and outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. By requesting services, submitting payment, or engaging with On‑Site OPS in any capacity, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms described in this policy.

On‑Site OPS reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for refunds, cancellations, additional charges, or forfeiture of fees based on the client’s actions, omissions, contract compliance, and site conditions. Nothing in this policy shall be interpreted as a guarantee of refund, credit, or financial adjustment unless expressly stated in writing by On‑Site OPS.

All clients are responsible for reviewing this policy prior to booking services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current Refund Policy, including any updates or revisions. On‑Site OPS is not liable for misunderstandings, assumptions, or failure to review the terms outlined herein.

Refund Policy - the basics

On‑Site OPS provides professional security services that require advance scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning. Because our work involves reserving personnel, conducting site assessments, and preparing for deployment, our refund policy reflects the standards commonly used across service‑based industries.

1. Service Requests & Deposits

Some services may require a deposit or pre‑payment to secure scheduling. All deposits are non‑refundable, as they cover administrative time, scheduling, and preparation costs incurred immediately upon booking.

If no deposit is required, the cancellation terms below apply.

2. Cancellations by the Client

2.1 Cancellation Before Site Review

If you cancel before the required site review is completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any service fees paid, minus administrative costs.

2.2 Cancellation After Site Review

Once a site review has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Site assessments require time, travel, and operational planning, and are considered a completed service.

2.3 Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Service

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service start time are non‑refundable, as personnel and resources have already been allocated.

3. Cancellations by On‑Site OPS

On‑Site OPS reserves the right to decline or cancel any service request at its discretion. If we cancel a service for reasons unrelated to client conduct, safety, or inaccurate information, we will issue a full refund of any fees paid.

However, if On‑Site OPS determines that a client has provided inaccurate information, violated any part of our agreement or contract, created unsafe or non‑compliant conditions, interfered with operations, or otherwise caused the service to be canceled, all fees paid will be forfeited. If the operational, administrative, personnel, or contractual fees incurred exceed the amount already

paid, the client may be billed for the remaining balance. The client agrees to pay any outstanding charges, including any additional fees applicable under the terms of our contract, resulting from their actions, omissions, or violations.

4. Non‑Refundable Services

The following are non‑refundable under all circumstances:

  • Completed site reviews

  • Administrative or processing fees

  • Services already rendered

  • Standby time, travel time, or personnel time already incurred

  • Any service impacted by client‑caused delays, misinformation, or contract violations

5. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a service. Approval is subject to availability and operational capacity. Rescheduling does not guarantee a refund and may incur

additional fees depending on timing and resource requirements.

6. No Guarantees or Outcome‑Based Refunds

Security services involve variables outside our control. On‑Site OPS does not offer refunds based on:

  • Client expectations of specific outcomes

  • Incidents occurring before, during, or after service

  • Situations outside our operational authority

  • We provide professional presence and risk mitigation, not guaranteed results.
